soft wire wheel. about 2800 - 3000 rpm. then some wet and dry, depends if you just want to clean some crud off it or polish it.. Cleaning crud off, I use carby cleaner or brake cleaner.

Looks like oxidation on the bbm. Got some carby cleaner somewhere so might have a crack later


Firm brush and toothpaste works good too.
