I bought my cables from the UK, had a lot of fun configuring my lpg system. Found the car can start on LPG even on a cold morning, (Parnel tried to tell me that it just wasn't possible, they just didn't want to use the function) but it is very sluggish until the coolant starts to warm up around 40deg.
Bugger paying $200 for the cables. Cheers ToranaGuy

Cheers ToranaGuy I am thinking about getting the spark plug's as well to suit my vehicle "Brisk LOR15LGS" equivalent to ZGR6B-11 One time i had ZERO petrol in the car & needed to start the vehicle on LPG, i always new that there was a LPG cold start function as the LPG system was installed by my mate. Anyway it wasnt enabled on my setup. I'm wanting to check out all the other things that are available but haven't been turned on. I've got the Autogas system with Jet 17 injectors. They are the E series Xr6 plug & suitable for LPG. slightly different heat range plug & I also think slightly longer electrode on them compared to a std plug for an E series 6cyl. Electrode protrudes into the combustion chamber a little more, there are theories as to why this is a good thing on LPG & performance engines. Since my earlier playing I have changed the gap from the 1.0 factory gap to a 0.8mm gap, get a lot better throttle response from it. Why not just use the NGK ZGR6b-11? They are easily & widely available. With a 0.8mm gap they perform really good. Factory Egas car's run a really tight gap, I think it's either 0.8 or 0.7mm! Cheers ToranaGuy

Well given the fact that up until 1 hour ago i found this out, i always used the BPR6EY-11's or something like that. Cheers ToranaGuy The only reason i asked you about the Brisk LOR15LGS is because the guy that does the LPG site in the UK highly recommends them for all LPG vehicles. I wanted to see if you or anyone else had tried them. |

Hi, I´m from Argentina, I have recently bought a OMVL dream XXI-N and I want to do the tuning my self. Anyone could help me with the 4-pin plug to rs 232 layout connection, I want to build the cable and do not know witch pin to connect.(TXD, RXD, GND, ....??? in witch order??)
