Hey guys, I've just picked up some new hinges for my fronts due to worn bushes on the old ones. Also repaired the surface rust under the hinges. What is the best way to attach and line up the doors? Just hinges first or hinges and door together? Marking off the old hinges wasn't really an option as they were miles out anyway. On an EF falcon.

Cheers

Its ok I was wondering why the bottom bolts on both hinges didn't want to go in. Just retapped the holes and everything was sorted. Put the door on with the hinges and it was sweet as.

Thanks

Pull the front guards off loosen all hinges and remove strikers.
Chock under the doors with cardboard to allign while closed.
Tighten front door hinges while closed (why you need the guards off)
Open front doors once alligned and tight and do the same with rears.
Replace strikers and allign them and ensure doors function nicely.

Cheers
