OK so on the weekend I got myself some genuine XR6/8 sports pedals. The brake pedal is no problem to fit and is easy, but how the hell do you remove the Pad from the Accelerator assembly. I assume it just clips onto the pedal lever, but i just cant get the pedal to come off and am worried I will end up damaging the assembly if try any harder. So does anyone know how to remove the pedal? Is it glued on? Or could someone direct me to a link on the forum if this has already been covered.

Thanks in advance,
Jeremy

on a ba/bf the brake pedal has a rubber backing to hold it on and a little bolt through it. the accelerator simple has a rubber lip which holds it on. basically pull the rubber lip back to release it.
