does anyone know what the options are for brake upgrades on the fg? can be factory or non factory. wouldnt mind a bit more grab than what the stockies offer, but i dont want to drop a few grand on brembos all round. is there anything i could get from a parted out ba/bf series that would be a useable upgrade, or am i needing to chase fg specific parts? would simply going for slotted discs make that much change?

You could go the High Series brake package that use the 322mm rotor?

The front calipers R/H BG 2B118 B $354.00, L/H BG 2B119 B $354.00. Front rotors 2 x BAF 1125 A $151.65 each. Rear calipers R/H BAFC 2K327 E $616.00, L/H BAFC 2K328 E $610.00, the rear rotors 2 x BAFC 2C026 B (328mm dia) $359.50 ea. Two Rear Dust shileds you should replace also, R/H 8R2Z 2211 BA $139.00 and L/H 8R2Z 2212 BA $98.90

These are just guide lines and are retail prices for the parts. You might be able to find a brake place who can do the whole setup for less. At least these parts are all you would need to change.
