Hey, I have a 04 BA V8 mont with auto trans. In the last couple weeks it has started stalling on me and I don't know why. It starts fine but as soon as I put it drive or reverse it stalls, not every time but every now and then, it happened 4 times in a row at the petrol station. It stalled on me once while driving, it was when I was slowing down for a red light. Three weeks ago it was reving high on idle so I turned it off started it again and it was ok, but the "throttle light inductor" light came on but went out shortly after and that hasn't happened again. Any advise wil be appreciated.

Sounds like a dodgy t-body.

Same thing keeps happening with my xr6. Asked a few places and they have no idea on the problem. It happens mostly when slowing down for red lights.

Could be a crook TPS sensor.
