looking at getting a 1994 Ef fairmont with only 170,000 k on it for $2000. Do the 94 ef's go alright?

They go no better or no worse then any other 4.0 e series. So they are not the worst thing on the road but definately not the best thing.

thanks had a look at an el ghia tickford mont today but it was falling apart. With the ef's they say it has 8 speakers....... I take it 2 front doors, 2 tweeters front and back and 2 back speakers? Also they would have a dip stick for the auto right?
