Hey, I've fitted the explorer manifold to my car in place of the standard HO manifold, all seems OK, except when it comes to connecting up the water hoses that go to the EGR spacer, the top one is fine, as it's still there, but the bottom one doesnt seem to have a place to go on the explorer manifold, wheras it does on the HO manifold. I'll put up some pics:




Here's where it goes on the HO manifold, but no such boss exists on the explorer manifold.

There seems to be a plug in the front water gallery, in the same place, can I just run it to there?

Join the 2 points together with a single piece of hose.

Don't forget about the effect of moving the IAT sensor, it needs a chip if you want adaptive learning to continue working.

Ahh ok yes, I havent worked out where I am going to locate the IAT yet but a J3 will happen as soon as funds allow, do I just block the current hose off?
