Hi guys, let me start off by saying that I'm not 100% sure if this is meant to be in this section of the forum so if mods could please move it to the designated section that'd be great :)

Well....I was at Bankstown for all you Sydney siders who know the area, where I decided to swoop by to get the paper and come back to this.... someone has screwed up my keyhole!!!!!! This was done in under 5 minutes. It just pains me to think of specific people out there that do things like this to other people's property let alone trying to get into it. >.< Any idea where I could get it patched up somehow?

Thank you!

Mate it's acommon problem. I assume it's off and E series and you use the key to open or lock the doors? If so you may have done it your self. the piece thats missing is like a cover plate for the lock and is only held in by a plastic flap. Sometiem when removing the key the sides get caught behind the cover and pull it out of the retaining plastic flap. All you need to do is either fing the cover, (it may have been lying close by the car or go to the wreckers with your key and pry out of a door there. the trick is getting back in the lock which requires some patience. what id did is get a sewing needle (not mine so dont even try to hang some gay s**t on me  ) and just file or gind the sharp point off. Next just place the cover back in the door and use the pin to ease the flap back over the cover. There maybe an easier way but thats the method i used on my old EB. Good luck anyway.
