Selling this turbo kit as its sitting here doing nothing and could be better used .

TURBO

Holset hx35 comes with internal and external rear housing . Rear housing is 18cm^2 which I think is 1.00 a/r ?
I've rebuilt it and has very little shaft play. This is normal for journal bearing turbos and will go away as it gets oil pressure . Holsets are very strong and robust turbo's that have a very big following internationally. They will out spool and out flow a Garrett BB turbo. The HX35 has a compressor wheel which flows 60lb/m which is enough to make 600hp. It is similar in size to a GT35/40 (XR6 turbo size) but these are robust and rebuilable.

MANIFOLD

Manifold is made from steam pipe and is a runner type.

INJECTORS

Siemens deka 60lb. when I brought the kit I was told they are brand new, never used.

FUEL PUMP

bosch 044 . Also brand new never used. Still in box and wrapping. I only opened it to make an adapter to fuel cradle.

OIL LINES

t-piece, braided oil line from block to turbo . NBR rubber return hose.

Also comes with few other fittings and a fuel pump bracket.

All you'll need is intercooler, waste gate , dump pipe , cooler lines, and fuel management .

I've never fitted this kit to a car, so I can't help there .
