Do a cossie engine swap. Much easier and will be cheaper in the long run.
I haven't seen any turbo manifolds in OZ. You'd have to get one made up.

gday mate.
I was building a turbo 2 litre for my escort many years ago.
I sourced a good complete 2 litre engine, EFI manifold and Turbo manifold all from the below forum:

Good luck.

6BOOST make very good manifolds for inlione 6's but I'm not sure about Eskies.
There is an injection manifold for the 2ltr motor. I think that would be the cheapest and easiest inlet.

injection manifold and turbo manifold you can get from a sierra - try trademe.co.nz before ebay.co.uk as shipping is a killer from england
