Hey guys,
I need to replace my reverse switch on the side of my gearbox in a F6. Its the manual trans. I tried to do it earlier but was unable to get a spanner on it. Has anybody replaced one of these before and if so is there any other way of doing it that does not involve having to remove the gearbox?

From memory when i put the T56 6 spd in my xr6t, there wasnt much access.. but im sure if disconnect the tailshaft, remove the shifter from inside and place a hydraulic jack under the gbox, loosen the gbox x member bolts and slowly lower the gbox it might give u a little bit of extra room... or try a 1/4 drive ratchet and extension.. sorry mate just cant quite remember..
