Checking the diff fluid today on the Ef, if it needs a topup I have some LSD fluid from the lane I use to have. Now the bottle says it can be put in single spinners for added lube on warn diffs, but my diff has only done 174k and makes no noises at all. Would it beneficial to drop a little lsd fluid in it or will it possibly gum up? I am not talking about complete change but maybe 200ml at most if needed

It aint going to hurt it.
Most likely wont help it neither. No dramas in doing it at all.

I think you'll find most newer 80/90 grade oils are okay for single spinners or LSD's.
