believe me, i have more clue than both of you meat heads put together...
i have tried many NA intake combos with dyno testing, that stock ba intake performs exactly the same as a 3" mandel bent section, so good luck with your teritory intake which ruins your bonnet lining and all those extra kws.... the following options performed almost identically on my el xr6 - 3" mandrel bent to air box with EL rubber neck at TB - 3" full mandrel bend intake, airbox to throttle body - BA intake with 3" pipe to airbox - Stock EL intake with 3" pipe replacing the pipe at the air box........ gains were approx 4-5kw from stock el intake

On a N/A its hard to make big power with out spending big dollars, however im assuming you should know this. couple little things here and their all adds up to help increase power. the territory intake is also.. -significantly cheaper then a metal one when bought from a wrecker -looks stock to the untrained eye (good for P-platers) my statement is not that a territory intake will yield huge power gains and shave seconds of a 1/4mile time, what im saying is it's an alternative to a metal piping set up, and it compliments a typhoon/aftermarket CAI you may already have on the car. but i know unfortunately you will be unable to take any of this into consideration, and you will most likely come up with a reply based on " intake which ruins your bonnet lining"

Is it just a bolt on replacement, the BA and Territory intake piping?

yeah it will bolt straight on, but it sits high over the intake manifold....

if you fit one make sure you get the bolt spacers (what ever you call the buggers) that the territory uses as-well, as Fast-XR said it sits higher then the stock ba/f one. call up a couple of wreckers to get it cheaper, otherwise you would be looking at i think around $150+; just for the pipe, from ford
