Before, you may find you need the guards rolled and its better to chew the old tyre then roll then than find out you need to roll them because they are cheing your new tyres.

I would have said to buy your rims first then lower your car. If you are going up in size on the rim you will find the car tends to sit higher so best to see where it is at its highest then measure it up to lower it. Unless you are putting on some really wide rims i wouldnt have thought rubbing would be an issue on standard suspension

i would buy rims then lower... but i always do the opposite because its cheaper to lower...

i prefer to lower first, only because i think cars look strange when they're stock height with rims but still look good lowered on stock wheels
