How do I go about adjusting the drivers door on my EL falcon? it has dropped down a bit and is no longer level which makes the door harder to close and also the rubber seal is coming apart on the bottom of the door and the rubber strip that goes across the sill is pushed in because of the way it is sitting.

I asked ford about it and they just palmed me off and told me to go to a panel beaters but I am sure there's a way for me to do it myself. It seems logical to me to loosen the bolts on the hinges and get the door level and do the bolts back up but I can't get a spanner onto them because of where they sit... any ideas?
