Hello,
I have an AUII June 2000 I have a problem with the power window rocker switch which controls the passenger side door from the drivers door. Drivers door has two rocker switches. Drivers side is good, however, the passenger's side door not so good. I can lower the window but cannot raise it from the master (driver's side). It will go up when I touch the rocker switch on the passenger's side. This has been happening for about 3 days now. Would anyone know what this problem could be? and what's the remedy. If its a faulty switch, does it need to be Ford Genuine? Cheers, Peter |

Take the assembly out of the drivers door & remove the top of the switch. Clean inside the switch including a light file of the metal contact rocker inside. Then when you reassemble it, it should work perfectly again for you.
