hey guys

the interior light in my EF wont switch off?? Also the little switch on the headlight switch which u can turn the interior light on and off with is broken.. any ideas why it is on? and how can I turn it off? I took the bulb out of it and switched the rear ones off manuely with the switch on them.. Will this flatten my battery?? :x

Broken as in snapped? If so, and its in the on position, then yeah, no wonder it wont go off! But if all lights are removed/turned off, then no power is getting wasted.

Yeah its snapped.. But I dont think thats the problem, Cause I never turned it on.. Can't really remember as I was s**t faced but.. lol weird.

If the boot is open will the interior light come on??

No the boot has a seperate light system, like the glovebox light.

Take your healdight knob off and then you can turn the interior switch off.

If its not that, try disconnecting the door switches one by one till it stops. I guess these could have a habit of shorting out.

Ive taken off the headlight switch and I can't see how you can turn it off.. ?

Where are the door switchs?

Thanks for your help guys.. ;) I think I might have snapped it off whilst moving it up and down wondering why it wouldent turn off... lol
