Depends on what series AU you are talking about, series 1 had a different plug to everything else, B series injectors are the same plug as E series. Cause the AU injectors are different, FILTHY expensive unless yours is the E/B series style. depends on series as to plug type.
Awesome ford and your wonders of engineering.

All B-series V8's AFAIK use an injector rated at 29 lb. The rating is the same as B-series 6's but the Bosch part number is different. I have a set of these in my boosted AU 6, they fit & work just fine.
Sorry about the thread mine, I was searching for some info I posted months ago. I bought the injectors off Fleabay, they were advertised as being out of an XR6T but after I had them a while I realised they were the wrong colour. When I googled the Bosch part #, it came up as B-series, all V8's.

so can you use b-series injectors in and AU with the harness adaptor clips from ford motorsport?
And are all b-series v8's 29lbs? |

B-series V8 injectors are Bosch 0 280 156 186 which are used in 24- and 32-valve V8's. Googling the part number finds a Bosch datasheet where I found they are rated at 213 g/min (28.12 lb/min) at 3 bar. Then I found an online calculator {DESCRIPTION} which provides flow rates at different pressures. For example, they should flow 32.47 lb/min at 4 bar (58.8 psi).
As for fitting them to an AU V8, that I can't tell you. Mine are fitted to a 6 and they just fitted straight in using the the stock clips.
