THIS IS MY NEW DAILY DRIVER, THE 66' MUSTANG. IT RUNS A 302 WINDSOR/C4/9", NEW PONY INTERIOR. BIT ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES BUT LOVE DRIVING IT,IT ATTRACTS ALOT OF ATTENSION AND HAS DONE A FEW FORMALS AND HAS A FEW MORE WEDDINGS AND FORMALS TO ATTEND STILL.

Nice! I'd love something like this as a daily, as long as it had power steer, a/c & on lpg lol.

Cheers

Ash did they come with AC as an option? Or are you going an aftermarket setup?

ToranaGuy I can't believe you would hack one of these up for gas!

Nice Mustang mate. I love the wheels, I've seen those on a few. Factory option?

Yeah, it was an option Daniel. It wasn't an incorporated system into the dash but a separate unit under the dash. It wasn't until later they started putting A/C in the dash.

I actually found an aftermarket kit this morning at the right price new and just brought it. Will be making its way from the states before too long.

my mates valiant panel van had aftermarket air con on the bottom of the dash and it looked hidious lol. big lump of a thing

I wouldn't say it would be hacking it up. You can do a tidy install that wouldn't "hack" it up. I just wouldn't be able to afford to run one on petrol & I'm not afraid to admit it. If it was the choice of no mustang or mustang on a tidy lpg install, I know which one I pick - the later option. Much better than no mustang!

Cheers
