are sports pedal pads illegal? i have bought some autotecnica to fit on my EB. cheers -Daniel

Some are, as was said, clip ons i think, cause they can slide off. Why do they call then SPORTS pedals, nothing sporty about them, its not like they add power, actually they are the opposite, add weight, bugger all, but they arent sport,

If they stay securely on the pedal, and they have rubber grips then yes they are fine.. If they dont do either, then get rid of em!

well i have bought some blue neons to go in my footwell and i thought they would shine of the new pedals alot better than the crappy old boring rubber ford ones.

as long as they have rubber on them, they are legal .
I don't like them though, I find they are always too big! |

I've always been puzzled when people say that....why are they only legal if they have rubber on, but cars like FPV's and HSV's have full alloy pedals with no rubber? I know they're original fitment....but if it's good for the goose it's good for the gander...

Just like I spose it is with tinting tail lights, I mean, its illegal to tint them, But didn't a 84-85 Fairlane come out the factory with tinted brake lights? I do know, if you have the rubber pad worn away from the brake pedal, it won't pass a rwc .. |
