has anyone tried fitting a center console from an EA - EL falcon in place of the XF center console? the console for the xf are becoming very hard to find of late. my local ford said it was possible but mainly want to know if anyone has successfully done it?

hey man, i don't know about el consoes but I know au consoles are just about a straight fit. Some guy did it in his FE LTD.

i matched up the EF console to the XF, the only thing is the console is grey and the car is brown. still it will be ok.

Early EA centre console, the one without the armrest, is the same as an XF one.
