Ive had some success in tracking down my issues, turns out its my LPI that is setting off the knock sensor, on the dyno the engine has a break down around 4000rpm and that sets it off. When my gas installer re opens for the new year im going to go speak to him about it.
Guess while im on the topic of sensors, does anyone know if the cam phasers can cause rough idle?
List of stuff ive done so far to try eliminate it:
Spark Plugs
Coils
Clean Throttle body
Oxy sensor.

next of the list.
Cam phasers
Cam sensors.
Maf
inlet manifold gasket. (how hard is this to do on a BF?)
