EL) Just wondering whats the way to remove the 2 plastic plugs on chair, where the headrest steel rods go into. one has been snapped and its still in there(the one without the button to lock headrest), so need to do a swap over of a good one.
Been trying to pry it out with 2 flat head screwdrivers with no luck, feels like its going to snap

2 hooks, down the guts then one either side of the shaft and pull. Unfortunately, they will probably snap, e series plastics are getting pretty brittle.
