What is the best option for cat with pacemaker 4490 and redback 2.5in catback. I would like it all bolted so might get it all welded up with plates on the ends. Any particular brand of cat.

Keep in mind if you replace the cat with a highflow one the second o2 sensor will kick an error and your check engine light will come on. Only proper way around it is to get the car tuned and get the tuner to turn it off (thats what i just had done to mine).
These questions you are asking have been answered before, have you tried the search function? I think Venom cats are a forum sponsor and heard good things about them - look em up and drop the guy a pm or something

you dont need a sensor blanking piece put in the hole. just leave the sensor in and have it deactivated when its tuned. simple.

Because if you disconnect the sensor altogether, you'll get a different ECU error, that the tune can't 'ignore'. You need a sensor plugged in there. *I had one rear sensor removed temporarily so I could run a wideband sensor, threw an ECU error, while it was disconnected.

Hi mate,
Ive got a bolt on pipe available for the BA/BF NA 6s. Its designed as a straight bolt up for pacemaker headers and a 2.5" exhaust, and it's got the sensor hole for the BFs. It uses a 100CPSI cat with a 4.25" body. Ive got them on special at the moment for forum members, $279 delivered for the mild steel version and $349 for the stainless If you need any more info just let me know George
