Has any one put an auto trans from a AU V8 into an EF V8?

I have a EF V8 Fairmont that needs the auto rebuilt. I've been offered a fully rebuilt AU V8 auto for a really good price.

I know I loose the dipstick and might have to double check the wiring for the solenoids but is there anything else I should be aware of?
