hey guys just wondering how hard it would be to convert my colum auto to a T bar shifter

Dont know if the Xh has a plate over the floor hole or its welded, but it will involve removing the linkage for the column and then a tbar bolts straight up from memory. If the floor is welded, then it will have to be cut and plated. Dont quote me, but I think the column itself might have to be changed aswell. In short, I am sure you will get definates from the blokes on here that know more than me, but its not rocket surgery to do it once you know the defiantes on what has to be changed

You need to cut a hole in the floor for the T Bar "hump" it's pretty easy. If you can get your hands on a hump from an XE or earlier Falcon, u can screw that in, otherwise you'll need to cut the section from the floor of a car with T bar auto.
