your BEM has had a solder join break in it most likely
on the driver side on the radio side under the central locking button just that grey panel (assuming you have grey interior) hit that spot a few times then see if the lights will go out if so ayo presto you gotta either resolder all the joins on the BEM or get a replacement EF BEM INFO: documents.php?d=26 if you have a EL: documents.php?d=49

for starters, theres a switch to turn it on and off, check that? its where you turn your head lights on and off, theres a thing on the left of the switch, try pushing that down if its all the way up, have seen people leave bump that on and wonder why their interior light wont turn off lol
