I'm fairly sure I have a thermostat problem and I want to remove it. Can anyone tell me how to do this in layman's terms without technical jargon.
Thanks

To remove the thermostat just open up the thermostat housing, its at the end of the top radiator house, thermostat sits in there. i dont really recommend removing it completely.. i did that to my ed when i thought mine was playing up untill i got my hands on a new high flow one and it would never get off the blue colour on the temp gauge. would only get to the start of "normal" if i had a/c on a hot day. takes ages for the car to warm up, but if its only for the time being then it wont hurt i guess.
