No. Seems very unusual.
Do you pressure clean your motor? is the wiring harness pluged in properly?

If you need a new one let me know. I have two band new Bosch Coil Packs that I am selling cheap.

Check the resistance of your spark plug leads.High resistance can shorten coil pack life.
