Gdaaaayyyy iv put an ef motor in my XH put the xh dizzy and bbm on the new setup she starts but it wont rev at all and does not run right at all iv been told it aws the map sensor iv put anothre one in but theres no where for the X4 breather or vacum lines to go.. any advice would be appreciated

I have had a similar problem with an 88 LTD. replaced a lot of sensors and spent a lot of money only to find out it was the intake manifold gasket leaking, if its already tight you may want to replace it and try that.

Got the throttle cable hooked up?
How does it not rev at all? Does it just sit at 750rpm and not move. |

Yep the cable is hooked up but is loose when i rev it from under the bonnet there is absolutely no response. the map sensor has been changed didnt make a difference, the group of little hoses are not hooked up to anything i cant tell where they go, and it only starts when someone is turning the key and somone is revving from under the bonnet but no throttle response either way??? im out of ideas

TPS hooked up? May even be the wrong TPS.
