Hi guys, just after a bit of advice. I have a 97 EL V8 Falcon (ex WA Police) and my mechanic has told me the uni's on the steering arm is badly worn and Ford no longer sell them new
Any idea on somewhere that one might be obtained other than trying a wrecker? The mechanic reckons one from a wrecker could be just as worn I remember going through this years back with my old F100 and someone told me there was someone that could "rebuild" uni joints somehow using epoxy or similar I ended up finding one NOS from the states so didn't end up needing it, anyone heard of someone who does something like that?

Yeah that is what my mechanic said, just thought there may have been someone who did copies like you can buy replacement headlights, indicators etc Either that or as I was told with my F100 that they joints can be refurbished
