Whenever I stop at the lights my oil pressure drops down to 2 bar then when I take off and revs increase it goes back up to 5 bar . Is my oil pump on its way out ?

That sounds about right. Oil pressure normally rises and falls with your engine revs.
If your oil pressure drops to zero, that's the time to be concerned. (This was happening to me when using Running In oil.)

I did a oil change 1 week ago . Used to use royal purple 10w-40 now using valvoline durablend 10w-40.
It hasnt done it since yesterday

Shouldn't you be using 15w/xx oil?

But I couldn't find it . 10w40 will still be fine. It's thinner than 15w but at operating temp will be the same Viscosity

Check the wiring to the oil sender unit.
Usually the plug on the end is quite loose. Otherwise replace the sender unit. If that doesn't succeed add another earth from the block to the chassis. (AU's have an updated earth point) and If you can, Throw a mechanical gauge on it, this will tell you exactly what is going on.
