Im trying to figure out whether the below headlight eyelids are the result of a modification, or if they came standard, and what model that would be...


If anyone was any clue it would be appreciated

Not standard, If you have a larger picture theres a high possibility it has tassles on the mirrors and its towing a float in NSW.

Looks to me like the head lights been 'night shaded'. the other one is a T series with body coloured bezels.

Tassels???

It looks a though the black part is a part of the shroud inside the headlight, I have seen it on two au's now.

Considering the lights have been fitted with a projector, I'd comfortably say it's a modification.
It is definitely something that has been put on the outside of the lens, be it vynil or paint.

I agree with MAD they are modded . I did a set of Au projectors on my car but didnt night shade the lens
