is there a secret to installing these bearings..?
i can not see how with out destroying a bearing ..

The throw out bearing or spigot bearing?

The throw out bearing is just held in place by the clutch fork...

Here is a picture of the clutch fork (thanks to mitchell g's image)

and here is the throw out bearing (thanks to sedge25)

the bearing just slides and clips into the centre of the clutch fork. The clutch fork hole has 2 notches which the bearing locks on to.

cheers man .. i worked it out... I was just a bit skeptical on bending the spring clips but now its done ill know next time .. cheers!

no problem. The bearing shouldn't fall out though...just clipped in :).
