Hey guys
what do you think of or hace u herd about anyone putting lights in the botton on the doors were the drain plugs go. so when you open the door it lights up under the door. i know thay have done this on some new cars but has anyone done it to a ef or a el. i knowbit would be easy to make just tap into the light thay gobon when the door is opened and mount the lights. let me know what you think!! Ivwas goibg to use white leds so it has a nice look to it not boy racer neon crap lol.

"teeroy" did something similar to what you're looking for but with smd led strips. I know his are blue but you can get them in white. You could ask him about how he did it anyway.

If you don't have door lights or footwell lights, it might be a bit harder to find wiring. you'd have to use the main dome light wires which run down the right A pillar i think. Cheers |

Do a google for "puddle lights". You'll find tons of stuff.
Some cars come with them as standard, some under the door like you've suggested, others under the side mirrors. |
