Something silly & stupid but i have an AU SII Fairlane 5L.
i've just dug up a brand new 4" Pod Filter. I want to install it but where/how? thx SL P.S. the silly & stupid is not the lane but the question |

a few people have modded the airbox to take a pod filter enclosed in it. i think it takes a bit of cutting and some fun but do-able.
search enclosed pod or somthing like that.

You'll need to purchase a 4" MAF adaptor plate, and I would strongly suggest an airbox like the G&D or Arcon unit. Don't expect loads more power, but the induction noise should keep you happy.

the pod fits comfortably in the air box.
i was/am hoping that i can just do a quick bolt on like my 6cyl fairlane (all i required was piping). |

i went to autobarn purchased part # 9018 ($25) & at bunnings a 75mm 45 deg male/fermale pvc pipe ($3.50) got it all together & attached it to the MAF & she pur's puuuurfectly
