So you already have the conversion ready to go in?, ask a transmission or gearbox place near you

There's a fair bit of work involved & you will find that a workshop will probably want to charge you a full days labor to do the job, maybe even more.

I've converted my Eb Ghia to a 5spd. If your using a factory manual peddle box the dash has to come out, that's a huge job!

Cheers

It is pricey because it is a tedious and long job. You won't find anyone who will do it any cheaper than $600-700 though...at your age, I think that's pretty pricey still. Assuming you want them to do everything...so drive in/out.

You will need to remove the spigot bearing from the back of the crank & fit an auto flex plate to the engine before you can fit the auto the the engine.

Your welcome dude. There is a puller tool for the job, but there are plenty of "back yard" ways to remove it as well if you don't have access to the tool. Google or even a search on here will yield ways to remove it.

Cheers
