On a RWD, anyway.
I'm fairly sure a FWD has a smaller loss. |

How do you figure that ????.....still have a gear set, still have a differential, and have 2 drive shafts, with 4 CVJ's, and wheel bearings, and brakes.......... Some FWD's have an auxillary shaft to get the rotation direction correction in the G'box......hence why some Honda engines run backwards ( anticlockwise crankshaft rotation) My wifes 2001 TJ Magna 3.5 V6 auto ran 165 hp at the treads......Mits claims 150 kw at flywheel.

my el xr6 with 977b and full exhaust made 157 rwkw, if you motor is in good condition , stock it should make around 140 rwkw. i put the stock cam back in and it still feels the same, just dont pull as hard up top, down low is good
