Planning on buying one of these tonight. For my FG. Cash is kind of tight at the moment, planning on getting an SS Growler in the near future though, just a small project to keep me going.

What are people's opinions on the Big Mouth and growler setup? I assume I would have to replace the FG air intake at some stage in the near future otherwise the Big Mouth would be moot point.

Can anyone recommend a better setup with a similar cost outlay?

Get an F6 Lower snorkel, or a BluePower CAI. Don't worry with SS Crapductions.

What about airbox's I do quite like the noise that the growlers make. Anything else on the market that makes a similar induction noise?

There seems to be a little SS hate flowing around here. Is it just the price to quality ratio that puts people off? As I do like the look of them.

BluePower make some good intake. SS is overpriced for what it does IMO.

Also, how the hell can people tell the difference between induction noise sitting in the car? My exhaust note is much louder than the induction noise :?

Had a look on Bluepower, but I've become a little lost. There doesn't seem to be much on the website. Is it just a matter of emailing them what I'm after then receiving a quote etc?

I have a SS growler intake on mine, by far the best thing ive done to the car.
If you wanna hear how it sounds/looks, check out the link in my signature.

It doesn't take much skill or money to just make your own airbox and pod filter.
Go nuts and make it exactly the way you want, instead of paying $600 for exactly the same thing from SS -_-
