hay people ive done a gearbox swap on my eb2 fairmont all has gone well except after i take it for a drive and get it warm it doesnt wanna start its done this 2 out of 3 times ,any idears?

i also need to know where the thick vacume line that runs through the firewall on the drivers side i think it connects up to the dash or heater box? i cant find a place for it anywhere and now the aircon flaps cant change from demist to anything else, any help would be awesome thanks
