hi , i am trying to repaint a small section of roof where the paint got lifted by a pressure cleaner. it was only about 2inches round- primer was still on roof-feathered all the edges off but when i apply the etch primer the origanal top coat keeps on flairing up right around. have tried sanding back again out further,reapply etch primer & same thing happens. patch is now 4inches across.WHAT can i do to stop the origanal paint from flairing up???? car is EL wagon paint code J8--
