Hey every one this is my first post i had a couple of problems with my 1992 EB the last couple of days and when looking under the hood today i noticed smoke coming out from this any ideas on what it could be and how what i could do to fix it ? thanks !

Is this a joke?
In case it's not... When you say from this area; do you mean from the gasket or just off the pipe? Is there oil leaking onto the exhaust? Have you spilt oil on it? |

Make sure you check to see if it's actually not power steer fluid dripping down from the switch.

I am more concerned about the OPs mechanical knowledge. Not having a go at the OP, but if they don't know what the thing is in the picture, I would assume finding the power steering switch will be just as hard (without a picture). I mean you won't know until you ask, but if you want to learn how to do it yourself, I suggest you start reading up on a workshop manual for your model car so that you have at least some understanding.

Now that I look at the pic properly the OP has circled part of a oil stain on the cat, possibly rocker cover or rear of headgasket leaking down.
If smoke was coming out the exhaust I be more concerned about that then the flange seal leaking. |
