So, I'm putting BA door trims and seats into my AU Ute.
This is basically a driect copy from my build thread but I just wanted to see if anyone had any previous experience with doing this mod before I start butchering my door trims.
I had a look through the forums but the search function is useless, so sorry if there's already a topic on this.

Ok, so here's the current thinking:

Photos of the door trims (pic quality isn't the best, took them with my phone)
AU:


BA:


They're the same shape.
Circles are mounts that (without measuring) will match up (colour coded lol)
Red Squares are s**t that doesn't match up to anything but are just removable clips.
The blue stars you can't really see but they're two plastic protrusions that don't exist on the AU trims, but are not "removable" as such, so I'll just have to cut those, I suspect. (the one on the right may not be accurate, it's around there somewhere but I couldn't see it on this crappy photo XD)

yes they will fit on. But the dash and trims wont line up. and also you have labelled the 2 pics incorrectly, top one is AU- Bottom one is BA. There is a build thread in here somewhere of a white AU with original T2 body kit. He went about doing this same conversion,but he put dash in as well from memory. He does have pics in that build thread of how AU dash and BA trims dont line up.
