Hey guys,
Really Noob question but where is the filler hole located on my diff? I'm guessing it's the bolt that the "high performance" tag is attached to but just want to confirm... Cheers, Luke

I didn't fill mine from the bolt with the tag , the hole is like 10 mm . There should be a big plug on the housing . Unless my diff isn't the same ??

You've probably already finished, but it's an 1 1/8" socket to undo it.

Failed so badly lol, couldn't undo the bolt it was done up so hard Smashed my pinky too so I cracked the s**t and gave up (also didn't want to round the bolt) 1 1/8" is about 30mm isn't it? Don't have one, was trying to use a spanner haha! I Will hopefully pick one up next weekend! Will take my grandfathers ramps home tonight, hate using a trolley jack while being under the car! What makes it more frustrating is that it's actually really straight forward, it's just these bloody stupid bolts that never come undone Thanks for the advice guys!

I use a 15" shifter . Flog it with a hammer it will come loose , make sure the jaws are firm and tight on the plug .

A good fitting socket, breaker bar, a piece of pipe or jack handle to give you some added torsion.
Should be no probs in undoing.

Only have a few shorter ones here at home so will pick up a longer one next weekend along with appropriate socket and give it another shot!

Just the stock standard 400mm one should do it combined with a bit hanging off it. |
