All hail fellow petrolheads
I wish to replace the rear control arm bushes, but first I must remove the originals. According to my manuel, I need a "bush removal tool" #9281A111 and #9281CI13 PLUS #9281C/12 I reckon there has to be an easier (cheaper) way....... Can one of the good people out there offer any suggestions. ( I do own a good press) I will probably be replacing the bushes with Nolathane or equivalent, which I know come in two parts and can be fitted easily. I await replies with bated breath............. |

You can remove your arms and take them to a Pedders dealer, and they should be able to exchange them, if not, R&R yours.......or, if you want better ones, a Fulcrum Suspension dealer.

Pedders want $22 a bush , when you have 11 it becomes expensive , you can do then with a press but you'll only press out the rubber and not the out tube which is really thin , you'll have to use oxy and a hammer and cheisel , or a dye grinder .
