The other day at JB hifi i was playing round with the same head unit, I love the display.
Im guessing those pioneer 6' are going all around. It's good to get 6' so that in the near future you can get a sub install. Much less hassle then playing round with 6x9's like me.

Good HU - I have one.
With Pioneer splits and 6" rears, two pioneer 12" subs (400WRMS) and two 1000WRMS audioline amplifiers to power subs and speakers, you are sure to be as happy as I am with my setup!
The deck has pretty much everything you could ask for. I barely have to use any settings on the amplifiers, and don't need remote gain for the subs, as the deck has SW-OUT and RCAs to run the speakers to the amp. Damn fine unit. Thumbs up from me.
Only bad thing I can say is it takes a long time to load unclosed-session CD-RWs, and that the face is touchy - the wrong pressure makes the lights go out on mine, and the buttons do funny things if the face is on the angle (as it electronically angles).

Let us know how you go!

Ebay rocks! I have bought almost my entire sound system and alarm through there, and have yet to be disappointed with either price or quality.

This is what bargains I got from Ebay:

Pyle MP3 player, scrolling text, 4x50W remote etc, brand new $160 - the only problem is it is an American unit and won't tune into AM radio stations, not an issue for me.

Pioneer 6.5 inch splits, not too sure of the model, havent recieved them yet, but paid $120 for them, brand new

Highland 2-way paging alarm system, rolling code, anti-hijack, remote boot release, 2 point immobilising - $140

along with a host of other goodies :)
