Nope. I did it quite sucessfully with my NF.
You just have to run the ABS feed through a relay that is switched off you line lock activation switch. The ABS needs to be fed through a normally closed contact so whent he line lock is not activated the ABS functions normally. When you turn the line lock on the ABS is deactivated. If you dont deactivate the ABS the front brakes decide mid burnout to unlok as the ABS cant work out whats happening and its pretty embarrassing. This was for a rear brake lock off setup. How do you want yours done? To lock off rear brakes or to lock front brakes on?

Cheers EVL...not really sure. The last time I used one it was locking the front on...which way is the best to go these days?...am I right in assuming then if its used for locking the front on then no relay has to be run on the ABS to switch it off? (thinking the LL sits between the resevior and the ABS unit stopping fluid going back or releasing presure??)

If you lock the front on no you wont need a relay.
The down side to that is you will have no steering control and will only be able to do a static burnout. I reckon your better off doing the rear so you can actually move mid burnout.

I like how you think! So to lock off the back the soleniod would have to go between the master cylinder and the abs on the rear line and be applied before pushing the break pedal?

The solenoid can go in the rear line going back to the brakes. Mine was under the car around the rear seat area.
Yes you activate it before hitting the brakes. Also if you are locking rear brakes off fit the solenoid in reverse direction that the instructions tell you other wise it will bleed through and lock the rear brakes on.
