Hey. Mines the phat customs kit. didn't have a drama. Was just a matter of putting the reo in and puttin the holes it (which are marked) to bolt it all up.

I think i may have gotten a dud then as it was not the best fit and there where two cracks in it.
But the bar is well made and looks strong unlike other kits i have seen.

I got it delivered.
And the cops were really not liking me driving around with no bumper so i just got it put on and had the cracks repaired but they where only small about 15mm to 20mm long so it wasn't that big of a job.

Cant stress enough STAY AWAY FROM PHAT CUSTOM KITS, i bought a BF GT kit and had no end of dramas with it not fitting easily, got there in the end but had to spend so much time on fitting. My side skirts didnt fit - they were too short. The kit is cheap but you spend way more on getting it fitted. I just bought the SSV version of the BF GT front bar and it is 10 times better quality!! I don't know about the EL phoon mould they use but the BF GT one was terrible plus lots of pin holes etc. My panel beater had to put about 4 coats of primer down and even then there were still pin holes.

You might be lucky but I have read other people having the same issues as me from PCK, and the best thing is if you bring it up with Ron he won't care or do anything about it.

My bar was a perfect fit apart from the tiny vertical parts on the sides which needed work, but a mould cant do those bits anyway. must be just the mould that they use or maybe whoever cast it
