is there any difference between the flywheel bolts on an auto and a manual Ef falcon?

I'm pretty sure the lengths are different as an auto flex plate is much thinner than a manual flywheel.

Yes the manual bolts are longer, incedently I beleve them to be stronger too, but I'm not 100% sure on that, manual bolts are DEFINATLEY longer though, and you MUST use manual bolts if the car is a manual, and you MUST use auto bolts if the car is an auto, or things wont work properley.

You must also use a thread locker too......as the engine oil can creep through the threads.
You will notice the sealer compound on the threads when you remove the original flywheel bolts.

I do recall the manual bolts being a higher grade, also a bit of a pain to locate & not something you want to reuse. The ones I've sourced came with threadlocker already applied.

had ones from ford but they gave me bolts that didn't fit the flywheel or crank so i had to re use the auto bolts :/ ford also told me that that was the only bolts they offered for my model (even tho they don't fit) anywhere else that would sell flywheel bolts?

no but off the top of my head I think they are a fine metric high tensile hex head. not a shoulder bolt or anything special so a good fasterner shop should be able to match if not better them.
now you just have to work out how long they should be?
